Minister Kent extends greetings to Thornhill African Carribean Cultural Association Christmas Party Event
Today, Cilla Kent, Minister of State, Peter Kent’s wife delivered special greetings to the Annual TACCA Christmas Party held at the Dufferin-Clark Community Centre. Along with Her Worship, Vaughan Mayor Linda Jackson and other dignitaries, great food and fun was had by all.
Here is an excerpt from some of the comments delivered on behalf of the Minister:
The Thornhill African Caribbean Canadian Association was established in 2005 to build a strong community based organization that instills pride and recognizes the positive contributions that its members have achieved. Its two main platforms are truly noble in that it strives to edify its members through education and cultural awareness as well as the social and economic development of the wider populace.
I look forward to continuing our strong relationship and I wish you all happiness, health and a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
